Digital refund policy

A fair policy for instant downloads.

Before purchasing

Please review product descriptions and file formats carefully. Because digital files are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once access is provided.

When we will help

If a file is corrupted, materially different from its description, or you were charged twice, contact us so we can replace the file or review an appropriate refund.

Access

Refunded orders may lose access to their downloads. Your consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.
